Thomas Wagner provides over 15 years of professional property experience at national and European level. He has obtained his diploma in business administration at Passau University
in 1993 and graduated as Corporate Real Estate Manager ebs at European Business
School in 2002.

From 1997 until 2005 Thomas Wagner was head of asset and portfolio management of Union Investment Real Estate AG (former DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG), the second largest German open ended property fund (AUM: 15 billion EUR). During this period he was reponsible for the guidance of local property managers, value & cashflow enhancement of the portfolio and design of new (global) fund vehicles.



Thomas Wagner is professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is member of the Urban Land Institute and the European Business School Alumni network. Furthermore he teaches asset and portfolio management classes at University of Cooperative Science Stuttgart, Technical University of Berlin and Institute of Financial Services (IFZ) Zug, Switzerland. He has published several academic articles in real estate journals.
