Thomas Wagner provides over 15 years of professional experience in commercial real estate.

In 2006 and 2007 Wagner Real Estate has advised on notarized investment transactions in excess of 200,000,000 EUR.

To date Wagner Real Estate is in charge for the asset management of a German office and retail portfolio amounting to
approx. 100,000,000 EUR (property value).

Thomas Wagner has published several articles and a textbook addressing current issues of real estate asset management
and capital markets. He is member of the research group “Real Estate Investment Mangement” of the gif e.V. (German Society
of Property Research) and member of the advisory board of the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ (Master of Advanced
Studies Real Estate Management), Switzerland.
